Everybody walked out okay? even the Audi. assuming the camera car was an 18 wheeler or a bus. I thought the Audi was a goner.

That's what the news report says. The Black Audi driver is very lucky to be alive.

The truck drivers was cited from bad tires, overloading the trailer and expired tags.

Truck drivers are far too aggressive sometimes.

I don't think that was caused by "bad tires".

ps. came across another audi vs. bus

First of all bad tires would not cause that type of accident. Even if you blow your front steer which is very rare, you can still steer and pull over safely.

Most companies do not have weight scales at their locations. Sometimes you have to drive 30 or 40 miles to find one. If there are no scales how do you find out the total weight of your vehicle? If the driver gets into an accident or gets pulled over he is at fault not the company loading him. Do you ask the shipper? If you do I’m sure he will tell you that you are within the allowable limit. I just love how the government works.
Would an overweight vehicle cause that type of accident? From looking at the video I would presume mechanical failure in the steering is the reason, due to being overweight or possibly poor maintenance. The other possibility is that he was cut off by another vehicle and swerved and lost control. The reporter newer mentioned this because no matter what in the public eyes it’s the truck drivers fault.

Yes drivers at times are too aggressive but they have to be. If they are not they will never reach their destination on time.
