Probably throttle your bandwidth in your office so that you dont download like crazy. I hope my office never does that, I like downloading my divx movies quickly.

i just heard on 680 news that bell put a bandwith cap during 430pm-2am
i've been wondering why the **** my internet has been slow for the past week.
thats a ****ing outrage. im not paying for the service to be dumbed down during peek hours. there goes my xbox live playing. even my live has been mad slow lately.

I can't d/l anything on my work computer, can't even watch stream videos like youtube, can't go on sites with any nudity/guns(even paintball guns) etc because it's all blocked. so why the hell would they make the upload speed that high?

sucker. i wish i was on our main server line....it's in the top 5 in north america for the largest bandwidth and speed. i work in an hp datacentre.
