Advice on buying USED or NEW Bilstein pss9 Suspension

hey guys, so here is my 2 options.. I offered a guy 1000$ shipped for a used set of PSS9s with about 30k as he says, there not off the car yet so he doesnt have pics that I can show you guys... He took the offer but im not sure If I should buy a brand new set for about 1650$ with shipping off ebay...There both comming from the states so im gonna have to deal with border fees but they are willing to both lower the value to 200$ for me...What do you guys think? Variant 2 which is rebound adjustable, goes for $1542 US Dollars but it's a Canadian site so no duties.

Be careful, they might have them dropshipped to you directly from the USA. I would check that before ordering...

Used suspension isn't ever a good idea, components may not show accident damage, mis-alignment etc.
