Those look like childrens toys...
Anyone remember little tykes? Back in the late 80's early 90's every kid had one of these and you know you did too (or at least knew someone with one)

there is no way in hell BMW is ever going to make another ISETTA
BMW can come out with all the concepts and plans in the near future.
Isetta was a failure way back when and history (hope to god) will repeat it self.
the general move of he auto industry is not smaller cars, but more fuel effecient hybrids.

nope, both small and efficient.
somehow small means more efficient as it can be driven by a 440 six pack
also, BMW isn't aiming the NA market only, there is also the european market. with higher gas prices, those cars gonna rock
plus, i'd sooooo take one of those over the smart

hmm if im not mistaken the isetta was quite successful. With rising oil prices and tightening emissions it might be a good move for bmw

i'd drive one.. though this is coming from a (previous) smart car owner. I don't mind having a practical, fuel efficient everyday commuter for work. Just skeptical about the front end collision specs.. the smart-car design has the tridion safety cell for protection.. this thing looks like you'd kiss the bumper of a dump truck if you just tap one.
