Compression Test

So I want to do a compression test, but I have no manual or owners manual. Does anybody know where the fuse for the fuel pump relay is?

Under the circled cover...think its the relay to the most close to the windshield.

Headgasket, piston, rings???? what is the bad news and do you need any parts?

Im thinking its the valves or a broken piston ring. Theres no oil in the coolant and vise versa and the compression didnt go up when i put oil in the cylinder. Im going to take the valve cover off and see whats going on.
Does anybody have a beefed up valve train or does everybody just use the stock stuff in turbo and built motors?

Usually I'd go with new rocker arms for any build. That is a main problem with the m20, is the breaking rockers issue. If I were to build any sort of 'hot' m20 motor, I'd have to budget in Billet rockers. For higher RPM applications and/or more agressive cam lifts, I would want to look into different rate valve springs too.
