I dont think its the same brakes as the e46 M3, but they're pretty similar to the e36 M3's brakes If i remember correctly.

From personal experience, the Zimmerman rotors tend to bend so easily. Get the brembo ones.
^werd I had a set of Zimmermans that warped too, fairly common I know at least 5 others that had the same problems, i'm running Stoptech's so far the best i've used.
