Seems high, I'd never buy anything from one of those used 'Fine Cars' establishments, especially paying over market price for an m3. 40K for an '05 with 105K on it is too much, espeically considering it was most likely winter driven

way too high. Comes with "warranty"?? good luck making a claim on that if it's aftermarket and not CPO. I as well would never buy a car from those "fine car" establishments, as he said.

I'd spring for a 335i instead

m3 for sure. 335 is fast, smooth and refined. e46 m is a sports car, it's raw and has feel to it

i still like the shape of the e46 bodystyle. The 335i is nice...but it's to blaw....nothing to it. The M looks bulky.....
