Race Gas

Ladies,

Where can I get race gas? Preferrably in the Scarborough/Markham/Richmond Hill area. I have no idea what it costs... probably an arm and a leg plus a left nut for a litre. Just want to try it out.

If I have a 1/4 tank of 94, if I put in another 1/4 tank of 100, will that get me 97?

Lastly, I guess running race gas is no good for the long term?

This is for a turbo engine. Thanks!

Go to Buttonville or another regional airport

Take a gas can and ask for 104 Aviation fuel. My buddy and I used to do this for YZ 125 motocross bike back in the '80s. Take a funnel, the nozzle on the pump is probably too large for your can.

racegas is a waste unless you have proper tuning for it.

^^not necessarily, gas used specifically because its cooler is usually methanol.

race gas has a very high RON, (knock rating), meaning you can run it, without detonation in high compression race motors, but its usually leaded, so it can **** your cats up.

335. I hear the engine can adapt to higher octane.
