Gauge Rings

I cant decide between chrome and silver gauge rings for my e36. normally for stuff like the i just pick it based on what i prefer and not what other ppl say looks good. But the problem is that i havent physically seen guage rings chrome or silver installed on the cluster of an e36, and the pics i have been looking at they both look the same, maybe i have only seen crappy ones lol. anyways just wanted to know what u guys have and think looks better, my interior is all black, at this point i m leaning more towards the chrome ones but i m not sure

I took the chance on chrome, and it doesn't look cheap.
