not to crap on your thread because that is a great deal, but word came out a couple hours ago that walmart and sam's club will be discontinuing hddvd sales. adding the world's largest retailer to the growing list of movie houses on the bluray bandwagon has sealed the death of hddvd. your player and movies will be collectibles in 10 years

Yepper. I've been format neutral for 2 years so this would be a cheap way to get a decent library for someone. I'll stay BD.

That's dirt cheap, but like someone else said - for a reason. If I had 250 bucks to blow, this would be a good way to do it
