Any Ideas

I need some help, the speaker grills on my door panels are cracked and bent. I want to replace with factory ones, but they seem a little hard to get. What else can I use to cover them up. I would like to fit a tweeter and mid in there also. Don't want to spend too much money, thinking for about $200 I should be able to get a decent tweeter, mid and 5.25 for the kick panel, but what do I do about my speaker grills. Oh yeah, I want them to look flush and OEM. Oh yeah, its a E36.
