Unhappy My car was stolen

Dropped off my car at home on Saturday and it was gone yesterday. This is a dark blue 1989 Toyota Camry with rusting fenders, a broken corner lense and UWO stickers on the windows...NOT my 3 series. Who is stupid enough to take my beater....bwahahaha

Yea, thank god it wasn't my BMW. It was probably some punks that wanted to go for a joyride cuz there was nothing in the car except pocket lint and a spare in the trunk. They took it right off my driveway! Everybody keep an eye out for it haha.

Anyway on a more serious note I need to get a new replacement car. Some options for a cheap reliable daily car :

Corrolla
Civic
Accord
Camry
Mazda 6

Any other suggestions? My dad will be the one driving this one.

It was probably some kids who went for a joy ride, the cops will probably find it in a day or two.

No they won't! They don't do jack. There has been a white Pontiac Grand AM parked outside on the street for at least 3 months and it hasn't towed or ticketed. I've call the cops twice already and nobody has come to look at it.

I'm hoping they don't find my car. How long do I have to wait before I can claim insurance? I know it won't be much for such a crappy car considering I do have pay my deductible. What a hassle.

You can tell your insurance that the car was stolen,a nd give them the police report number, but they won't do nothing for at least 30 days. If the car is not found by then they pay up.

Do you know how it went missing? i.e. did you leave the car running, or keys were in the car?
