I use this apt as a home office away from home. I'm here Monday to Thursday - rest of the time I'm gone home which means you'll have this nice big apt for yourself. Parking is $50/month (underground, secure). I don't mind guests, smoking (outside only, balcony is OK), etc... I'm a 34 y/o male professional full time employed and very busy. I'm looking to recoup some of the lease cost since I am rarely here. I am neat, clean, and tidy. I expect the same. Sometimes I am gone for 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
