Do you think 1300 is a fair price for ACS type 3s with about 60 percent tread left on Dunlop All season tires?

^^17's are fine, 19's are a little to overkill IMO. If you plan on dropping your ride than do the 19 thing. Or else stick with 17's

also 1300 isnt all that bad. But factor in the fact that the ties are 60%. Your gonna be dropping around 800 bucks for rubber in the near future depending on how you drive

ACS wheels are and will always be worth a lot, just because they are ACS..
except that i don't think 17" will look too good
