Can you install e92 shocks on a e93 ?

Hello everyone I am new here thanks everyone in advance for helping out I own a e93 335i 2008 and I was wondering if anybody know if the e92 shocks would properly fit in a e93 and would extra weight be a problem ? I currently have the oem struts with the lowering springs running 275 30 20 rears and 245 30 20 front I bought the car like this planning to go smaller tires and replacing the shocks as they?re all shot I think thanks a lot to everyone that replies

They'll definitely bolt up as the mounts are the same across all coupe/sedan/convertible.

Aftermarket shocks are interchangeable across all three platforms.

The spring rates are different since the E93 weighs more. Not sure of the dampers have the same valving or not.
