Did an honours BA at Western in Population Studies/Sociology
Now: Post-graduate certificate from Sheridan in Corporate Communications (Public Relations)
5 years post-secondary edu before I am 23

Money to start sucks, like 40gs, but you move up quick once you rack up a few years experience. If you play the game right, with 7 years you're golden. Heads of Corporate Comms report to the high-ups, so hoping that I will be able to make that jump at some point if I pick up an MBA along the way.

I own a Krav Maga school

www.kravmagatoronto.com

I trained with the Israeli military instructors for years and have been doing Krav for.... hmmm 12 years now give or take.

Took me alot of hard work training and ass whoppins to get where I am today....and Im still building up.
if u wanted to keep developing ur skill, honestly the best way would be to take another martial art like Judo or jiu jitsu since ur basically pro at krav maga. Even tho krav maga is the most practical, taking other martial arts will give u an opportunity to think differently and build ur overall skill.

I was very lucky to get into selling construction machines at a time when the market was seeing its busiest time in history. I had a couple of 100G years and a couple that were very close.

Will i make the same type of money going forward...........i highly doubt it. And that's why as a person with 5 years plus of account management experience i have to find the next big product during the downturn and get a job in that industry. that is what i am currently looking into!

Mind you throughout this time i was also doing mortgages which gives you some extra income. For some people the key is to do two or three different manageble activities at the same time. I am a firm believer in commision....FTW. If you work hard you will get paid......the harder you work the more you make

It's not at all difficult to make over 100k a year in Toronto, eventually. My brother told me that as long as you're the best at what you do, you'll move up in an equitable country like canada. He's more successful than me...he graduated from Mcgill in 3.5 years, worked for bank of america, got into management development programme, got sent to the states, made as a VP before 27, got into Yale for his MBA. He was smart and worked harder than the next best guy. He'll make 100k before 30, and by the time he retires, who knows. I'll bet at least half a mil a year.

Well I am a Assisstant Construction Super at a condo downtown toronto. All throughout highschool I was always into mechanics, always top of my class, I was put in Mississauga VW for my co-op as to which I was treated like shit for being the only Portuguese guy there. After co-op they hired me, i worked there for 2 months and said i dont need this bullshit. So quit and started working construction as a labourer. The site super there at the time ended up quitting and moved to a different company for more money. He then called me told me he liked how I had worked and asked if I would like to be his assistant at his new building. so here i am!

I got started at 45k a year and soon to be getting a raise since Ive been here for almost a year. And Im only 21

Jay

Portuguese construction labourer, NOOO, that cant be! lol J/k

Props!!

Do you mean Family Physicians?
If so, they make well over 100K a year now. Knowing how to run a good practice makes a big difference since their overhead can sometimes be high.
