feeler: 2004 325iT 5-speed/semi-M Sport/low KM

hey guys,

just seeing what the interest might be - if i can move it quickly, thinking of selling my wife's Touring and moving her into an X3 that i have my eye on.

this is a great car. i have a lot of E46 experience, and this is a good one. super tight, quiet, and probably the most powerful M54B25 i've experienced. it's also got kind of a hybrid M Sport setup... details below.

details:
- 2004 325iT
- black sapphire metallic on black leather
- gloss black shadowline trim; installed on only 17 Tourings for north america!
- only 155K KMs
- 5-speed
- RWD (Tourings got a 3.46 rear end )
- sport package
- heated, manual sport seats
- bi-xenons
- sunroof
- black aluminum cube trim (ZHP/M Sport trim)
- 5-speed ZHP/M Sport shift knob
- factory M Sport leather steering wheel (same as M3 wheel, but with black stitching)
- ZHP/M Sport steering rack
- ZHP/M Sport front control arms
- M Sport exhaust
- auto-dimming mirror, rain sensor, auto HVAC, etc
- fresh FCABs
- new front brake lines
- very recent brakes (pads and rotors) all around
- new RR wheel bearing
- recent starter replacement
- TWO keys!
- recent battery
- heat and A/C work great!
- 17x8 ET38 style 66 replicas with michelin PS A/S 3 rubber (225/45/17) (not pictured)
- recent e-test and safety
- both front airbag recalls done!
- comes with records for the past 6-7 years

needs/issues:
- 3/4 window regulators are a bit noisy. i've found some good OEM replacements for cheap that i've used on other cars, have not ordered yet.
- small rust bubble on RF fender lip
- rust at front lower corners of both front doors
- tint is peeling a bit on the RR door glass - was going to just remove entirely

would be looking for best offer around $7K. this is a sweet ride!

PM or text me (416.919.2618) for more details. dirty pic below.

thanks!

peter

Worth noting these are the total production numbers for manual E46 wagons in Canada (thanks Sickfinga):

2002-2005 BMW 325i Touring (EN33) - NA (Canada & Manual) - 159
2002-2005 BMW 325xi Touring (EP33) - NA (Canada & Manual) - 188

Bump for a great car.

UPDATE -

there's an X3 out there that i would really like to buy, so in order to avoid missing out on that i am offering the Touring up for $6200. if the X3 sells first then the price goes up. folks, this is a great price for a rare Touring with some highly desirable options!

Tourings are ridiculously versatile. things that fit into a Touring: full size kitchen stove; M54B30 with attached 6-speed trans; 8 tires (i actually think 10 would fit). and it only weighs 80lbs more than a sedan. plus it has a stiffer structure and a 49F/51R weight distribution.

last week, it got new tie rods and an alignment. and finally, below are some pics. i'm crazy busy with work/family/house renovations right now so the car isn't detailed - being without an outside tap at the moment means no wash/wax, but i will clean/detail the interior for the buyer.

here's a walkaround video of the car, highlighting defects, etc: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kV-ZQ7MKgn8

please PM or text me if interested... my cell # is in the first post.

also, i have a carproof report available if anyone wants to see it (no accidents).
thanks!

peter
