If you can make it for Mont-Tremblant, go for it.
Definitely worth the drive

For the May 24 date, is this for all cars, including non-BMW's? how much is an average cost of laptime?

Any driver/car is welcome to dunnville on the 24th, not sure on the exact price but expect it to be in the $100-$120 range.
Also note that dunnville has strict noise laws so mufflers are mandatory.

I'm instructing at one of the BMW days in Mt. Tremblant end of Aug.
Also a buddy of mine is running Mosport big track May of this year if you are interested. $320 or so for the day.

is the one at Mosport instruction or just lapping. As much as I would like to think i that I am the best driver ever(jk) I know that instruction will allow me to learn to be faster, and safer on the track.

Fridays are usually lapping days for instructors and invited "A" students and Sat/Sun is for students WITH instructors.
Come out on Friday even if you are not driving. You can get the registration out of the way and get a few rides from instructors - memorize the track, marshal stations, get a feel for the line, etc...
