ddm tuning HID bulb out warning code eliminator

got a set of these from ddm a few weeks ago hoping it would get rid of the low beam failure code in my e36 328 but they didnt work, called DDM they basically said most cars it works on but in rare cases it doesnt on some cars so i m ****ed. I can send them back for a refund but i would rather not bother with shipping, they cost about a $100 once you get them here from DDM,

selling for $50 firm,
you are welcome to come and try them to see if they work or not before buying,

I installed hids from ddm tuning in my e36 with no code eliminator and haven't had any low beam failure messages. I wonder why I haven't but other people do
the way it's wired maybe?

I also have DDM HIDs and for the first 4 months I didn't get a code, and then all of a sudden one day I started to get it... I've been too lazy to care about it.
