FS: E36 M3 DS-1 Motorsport Rims

Up for sale is a set of E36 M3 DS-1 Motorsport rims. One of the nicest looking factory E36 wheels as pictured in the original M3 car mag write-ups back in the day. These wheels were rare, being an option in Canada on the limited release of the 1994 M3 with the euro engine, or in the 1995 US M3.

I've had this set for over 10y, first on an E36 and then serving winter duty for the past few years on my E90 335i (20mm spacers). These rims do need work to restore them to their former glory. Two are true and straight and two are out-of-round from potholes during winter use (I actually ran those two on the front and only noticed an occasional vibration on bumpy roads). No cracks, not much rash, some bubbling/corrosion of the finish. Two have been previously straightened. The rim that is discoloured in the pic was straightened a few years ago and I never bothered to refinish it. The rims were last powder coated 10y ago and all rims could do with refinishing. Great candidate for a winter project.

- 17x7.5 ET41 (square set)

- E36
- E46
- E90 (with 20mm/25mm spacers); clears the 335i brakes

- Mississauga

Asking $180.
