Now you're thinking... spring time: M50 and rack from the E36!! (the leather headrests from the E36 actually slide right into E30s!)

I just tried "LUCAS Power Steering Anti-Leak Oil" and it WORKED!!! Goes for $11.99 at Canadian Tire. Its like 10 times thicker than ATF Power steering liquid. I did notice great improvement in steering, I have no complains and it works for me, no more messy stuff under the car . I guess this LUCAS oil will put some guys out of business

I've used that lucas on a rack that was pouring out fluid. It stopped in a day and didnt leak since. 5 months or so ago.
Didnt notice an improvement in steering, but it did groan a lot less.

Thanks, why couldn't some one just tell me about this stuff....I have to find it out myself. Saves like $300-400, hope it helps someone who is about to change their rack
