Brokerage bill

Ordered something from the states via FedEx Ground, they left my package outside my door step yesterday. Was wondering if and when i will get my brokerage charge? Do they mail it or something? How would you have to pay it?

FedEx usually clears it for you so it's not delayed. You'll get a bill if it's significant enough. Just give them a call with your waybill number.

You shouldn't be getting any brokerage fee when I spoke to my Fedex rep, they said it is the final bill that you saw and that was that.

fedex will send you a bill....just you wait. I think there's more than one kind of shipping...all I know is, when I got my exhaust via fedex, they just left it and I thought that was that....3 weeks later, BANG. lol

Well that depends. There are really three options:

1. Paid at the door
2. Dropped off and invoiced later
3. Prepaid at time of shipment

If option 2 happens and you don't pay, FedEx will actually go invoice the shipper
