325i still moves while in park (A/T)

I purchased a 1992 325i sedan from an auction about a month ago and I just noticed that I can still move it while in park.
It moves as freely as if it were in neutral so I have to keep using the emergency brake to keep it from rolling down a hill or something. It is an automatic so I really don't know why this is happening.

I've looked around but can't seem to find anything that points me in the right direction.
Has anyone had this issue or ever heard of this?

looks like it was towed while in park with the front raised.
Suggest you change your tranny fluid to drain out the pin that holds it in park before it get's wedged between drive gears.
Surprised of how many people thing bimmers are front wheel drive...
