Unless she's getting electrical work done, any non-BMW specialized shop with a decent reputation is fine.
I've received outrageous quotes for basic work from many "sponsors".

If you're in the Oakville / Mississauga area, I can recommend a few. PM me.

I have a very good friend who'se a indy but has worked on BMWs for close to 30 yrs. Currently owns several BMws of various vintages. There are constantly BMW, Mercedes, Audi's in his shop for a variety of work. He's located in Markham @ Woodbine and Denison. He also works most evenings well into the night, so able to accomodate folks who can't afford to take half their day off to wait @ a shop for work to be done. It's the only shop my BMW's have seen other than Bimmersport once (to get some programming done). PM me if you want his contact info.
