Any warranty just incase it doesn't come in as listed since its not in your possession yet? Or once it gets installed?

Thats what the contract is for, if it doesnt come in properly the way it should for any reason the deposit is returned in full.

Edit: read below, fil didnt quite understand the way this works.

Thank's for the input but it should be noted this isnt the first time i have done this. The engine is pulled from a running vehicle with compression tests.

It should be also noted, there is no fine print. Ask anyone that has done business with me before, everything is clear, honest, and I keep a high level of integrity.

If the person comes back and tells me the motor has a dropped valve, then that doesn't exactly go under "once its out of my hands", everything that can clearly be INSPECTED at the time of delivery is out of my control once it leaves my hands (connectors/covers/mounts/any visible faults/etc). You should know this. The main problem in your rather negating comment is that with a contract if i was taken to court it is clear that the plaintiff would win because the inside of the engine can not be inspected at the time of delivery.

If anyone cares to view fil's hypocritical past should look in his feedback pages, first the reason he is bitter is because a few years back good i didnt buy an ECU off him because after he told me it was working i went there insisted on testing it before i paid, i tested it, it made my car run like crap, i gave it back, then he goes to post that he still stands behind that ECU that it still is 100% perfect. Good one Fil, should be noted i found another ECU off another member and it worked great in my e30 unlike fils. Should also be noted that fil does nothing in writing, so you have no proof of anything. Third im sure for those who look they will find a very acceptional thread where he didnt back up his product and didnt take it back after also telling the buyer the products worked for his needs. Don't even get me started on an m50 he sold one of my buddies.

And the famous words of fil:
"Even if you prove me i'm 100% wrong, you are not getting one cent out of me"

This isnt the place to go in depth into this, preferably I would like mods to clean it up.
