WTB 3 Series Scheduled services

I am finally in the position to purchase a BMW. I'm pretty sure I want a 328. I'm thinking a 2010 or 2011. i would love to get a manual transmission but they are hard to find. Either way, can someone point me in the direction to get a service manual? On my watch list now is a 2008 coupe 328 165,000 kms, 2009 sedan 328 114,000 kms and a 2010 coupe 335 100,000 kms. I think the 335 is too much. I don't want a huge $$ service in the future. I feel the turbos will cause issues in the future. Any help is appreciated.
