lower trim puckered

On my '00 740i Sport both sides of my lower trim are buckled beneath where the driver's and passenger door meet. I didn't see any clips that may have released. Anyone had a similar issue and if so what was required to fix the issue? I'm thinking it may be from the sun's rays that may have warped it.

Thanks

Stephen

puckered lower trim

It's on the exterior - lower skirt. Coincidently it's at the same location for both sides.

That's weird. Have never seen that. Take a look under the car to see if someone may have tried jacking the car up from that area.
