223rwhp is not bad at all!

I should be around 230-240 rwhp with the supercharger (hey, it's a 4 cylinder so that's not too shabby, but compared to 380rwhp, my car will bow to yours ...... But you will bow to my supra .

I haven't had a chance to dyno the car as it sits 'cause theres still some things I have to work out (like #3 piston rings )... on that note, I might drop in some 8:1 JE pistons and bump the boost up to 12 or 15psi... but then I'll need a different fuel/ignition system (basically undecided). It should pull around 300rwHP with the current setup @8psi. I did dyno it before the blower install with the current mods:

-1999 3.2L transplant
-1995 3.0L intake plenum
-OBD1 conversion
-cold air intake (no help on the dyno)
-bored T-body
-Genie full lenght headers
-full dual 2.25" exhaust
-HiFlo cats, Brullen muffler
-custom GIAC chip
-lightweight flywheel

results?..... 222.9rwHP

Cost? The motor alone (read: block and head) was $5300 U.S. from Alabama (Vines Automotive). After the install with all the hardware it came to about $10,000 CDN. The blower is another story 'cause I received a full sponsorship from Vortech Engineering.

Stay tuned and maybe if all goes well, I'd like to hit 380rwHP.?!?

12.1 .... unfortunately the motor isn't an S50, rather an M50/B32 The "S" is only reserved for the Euro versions (I wish). Thanks again for the props!

Awesome E30 M3

That is an awesome supercharged E30 M3. How much for the conversion/transplant? Did you do it yourself?

I transplanted a '87 Supra Turbo engine in an 84 Supra nonturbo supra. If I had to do a transplant to my M3, I would put an E36 engine in my E30 M3 and install an AA turbo kit.

I never really added up the cost of the total conversion. I guess cause I am scared to see how much money I put into it. I did all of the work myself. Those supra's are fast my friend has a 89' with some work done to it.
