There are SO so SO many movies (big ones too) that are filmed in Toronto and surrounding area. I've been doing extra shit in movies since I was like 13, i've done tons of extra shit in stuff like x-men, driven, exit wounds, get over it, jason X, and loads more...
Met tons and tons of famous people too.
TO is Hollywood North, the american film companies take advantage of the Candadian dollar and just come up here to film, rather than doing it in the states.
To is awesome for that kinda stuff!

Dawn Of The Dead was just filmed in Thornhillsquare a few months ago, and it looks decent

Canada is getting big in the film industry

Those streets do look familier!

A lot of movies are filmmed on that street. I was there for the taping of Exit Wounds with Steven Seigal.

the main set was located just east of the gardener (where it met the dvp)

actually does anyone remember seeing the burning helecopter down just off the DVP near the docks? that was part of the movie
