I'm running 225's on my 8.5's. I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad but if I were to run with 7's I use 215's

i was thinking of getting a set of rims that are 17 x 7 wide for auto-xing and i already have a set of 225's so i just wanted to see what everyones thoughts were in regards to the 225/7" combo....either way i am not gonna get the rims anymore so this thread is useless now....

you can delete it if u like sickfinga or any other mods that reads this....

Thanks!

thats pretty stretched.... i would personally never so that, too little tread contact, plus sidewalls of tires are meant to be on the side....

ya you are fine....I have run 225 on a 6 inch rim believe it or not. they were 225/60/14. worked fine, even on the track. although I did get some people telling me that I shouldnt be doing it.

It will be fine. This is what I've been running for the last 2 years.
