Startup noise

hey guys, i have this scraping kind of noise during cold startup. usually when the car has been sitting over night or more than a few hours. it goes away after a few minutes of driving, either way sounds gross. im wondering what the problem might be. i changed my water pump ~15,000km ago, did belt tensioner ~2k, also new power steering pump in there as well. also, there seems to be a slight chirping noise. i looked at my ac tensioner yesterday and i spins rather freely, though no choppiness or grinding. any opinions of what the problem may be would be greatly appreciated

*note, i held the fan for a couple seconds there in the video. my hand is just not in the shot.

heres the video

It kind of sounds like a DISA valve rattle. One test is to unplug it to see if it goes away, but it's not definitive, it could still rattle unplugged.
Other things to confirm are all of your fluid levels.
