I dont what to say, its funny that every single time I go I get issues. The second time I went he said prices went up gave me some ludicrous number and I just left didnt want to argue. He pretty much called me liar when I said I paid this much last time. So I got the receipt the next day showed the same person and he started making excuses on why he couldn't do it the day before.
I checked if he put everything the box and was on my way.
I come home and then see that I got charged $20 for the oil filter I WAS LIKE **** im not going to drive back one more time and waste my precious fuel.
This time I went but I also grabbed headlight washer cover so didnt look at the price did the math in my head seemed about right. Got into the car looked at the bill and $13 something plus tax for filter. I was straving so my lazy ass didnt go back inside over $3.
Heres where I get pissed no Orings and the $13 filter was slightly bent. **** these stealerships. ITs a $2 filter lets be real

Just an update for those who haven't been as of yet. Seems as if prices have gone up..
I paid $78 for 7 litres and a filter. About 6/7 months ago I paid $68 from what I remember.

I asked the guy helping me and he said it was about $14 for the filter, and approx. $8 per litre. Apparently oil has gone up and BMW changed the packaging for their oil containers. Not sure how I feel about the packaging change...was totally fine with the older one if it meant saving even a little bit of money..

Better off buying the Mann filters in bulk from Eeuroparts.com (comes out to around $4 each), and Castrol Edge from Costco.

Does eEuroparts.com ship from within Canada? I just had a look trough their website and I am in love with those prices.

They ship from the states, but their cheapest Canada direct service includes duties and customs!

Never heard of them before, thank you for taking the time to link to them. Going to buy my next order of parts from there.

BMW's oil supplier changed. Probably lead to the price hike and packaging change.

Just bought an oil filter and battery at Maranello's. I did pay much attention to the filter price now at $15.32, but its certainly gone up since the last one I bought for $12 about 8 months ago. Even with the price of oil at record low, no one is getting a break. I'm about to use up the last of the old packaged oil, which was very cheap in comparison to other places. It still beats taking it to the dealer at $150 + for an oil change.
