FFFFfffff that. I refuse to drop the tank. It sits onto of the diff, so I'll just get my dad to go in there and do his thing since he's good with anything. I'll replace the front lines myself but the rear ones I don't think I want to mess around with. Would rather my dad mess it up and have to fix it then myself ahahah..

Question. Fuel lines don't need to be pressure hose right? I just want to run a new fuel line since I cut into the one under the car =\ I already replaced the fuel return with a new hose but I'm not sure if the fuel line needs pressure rated hose or line. (Would rather just use the brake line for the fuel which I think would do well since it's for the brakes).

That line is a long one it needs to be hard check this DIY well done lots of info: http://www.theymightberacing.com/Sho...brication.aspx

Im going to redo mine completely...may as well do it right the first time.

Take the time drop the fuel tank...clean everything up.. (Subframe, gas tank, etc.. rust proof everything change the T and lines then you will be problem free for al long time.

These cars need a good restoration done on them they are so old.... dropping the subframe is whats going to be a bitch not the fuel tank!! but it needs to be done.

Well I ain't droping the tank now the subframe right now, just want the brake issue fixed. Once I get into some $$, I'll drop everything and inspect it all and change the bushings ect.. I haven't driven the car yet so I just want to be able to cruise in it right now =D

Fuel lines, I replaced with rubber fuel hose 3/16" size that it requires, no more leaking or worry about rusting. The rear brake line.. Denny I must admit. WHAT A JOKE! My dad was making fun of Germans who can't do brake lines very well. So we just ripped the brass T fitting off the car and I'm going to redo the brake lines differently. Just going to put the T fitting in a better spot that you can actually get to it easier. Other then that I really want to know where the rear line runs into the engine, either it leads into the ABS or the master.

Nice

Nice resto! But please for the love of god take that front valence off. It's not very rare to tell you the truth I had one as well. Here's a front pic of my converted car. The second pic is proof it's a pre-88 car.

Well if you want to get the rear end done, do the brake line along with it. It's a dogs breakfast under there to do a rear line >_<

Secret recipe

I will be doing it this winter to be ready for the track next summer at luskville.

Seriously I will share every bit of my engine build once I get done restoring the car to an acceptable level hopefully before the end of the fall
