Immaculate 95 BMW 740i SWB

***A complete picture slideshow will be posted soon*

I purchased this to keep as part of my growing BMW collection, however I just acquired a different BMW to restore, so unfortunately this is being *reluctantly* put for sale. Please note, I am in no way desperate to get rid of this car as I have been searching for a 7 in this condition, in black with black interior in Short Wheel Base for a looong time.

This is absolutely one of the cleanest e38 BMW you will find. I truly mean that. Not a spot of rust- anywhere. Interior is like it just came from the showroom. It was initially sold in MB (no salt!!) then came to Ontario many years later where it never saw winter driving and spent most of its time in the garage. There are no accidents whatsoever, everything is completely original. It was owned by an elderly couple.

Mechanically, it runs and drives excellent, I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere, I am having a complete tune up (filters, plugs, oil change) done on it. It is asking for new brake pads which will also be installed. The tires are all season and brand new.
This is a time capsule that was driven sporadically, just enough to keep everything from drying out which is common on cars with extremely low mileage (ask me how i know!)

There are no leaks. This is the bulletproof, double chain M60B40 PRE VANOS engine. Although it makes slightly less power than the updated M62TU version, it suffers from NONE of the issues related to that engine (chains, guides, vanos, etc, etc).

Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss or with any questions. Ideally this will be kept in mostly original condition by the new owner as they are hard to find.

Every option works, including a COLD AC. Please see complete list of options below:

94 and on are Alusil, and no chain guide failure on these. These engines are bulletproof. Afaik they are actually double chain.http://mywikimotors.com/m60b40/
