MTL people: Datacom Immobilizer...

So last week I got a 2007 328i for my gf and the car was originally from Montreal. I'm in the Outaouais area - Aylmer.

It has this immobilizer called "Datacom Mobiguard" which is an extra remote you need to push EVERYTIME BEfore you oust the START/STOP button. This is retarded. I doubt this actually adds to the factory security. I promised her I would get rid of it.

These Datacom guys are based in Laval and this system seems to be found only in the Montreal area.

Apparently, they replace the "starter relay" with their own. All that needs to be done is to put the original relay back.

Can you guys help with that? Where's that relay? I called Otto's and the parts guy couldn't find it...

All these years with an E36 and I feel like a total newbie dealing with an E90
