i got a question, i havent seen it covered on the forum...have you guys heard of P90X..i know a guy who said he's been on it and it actually works just as well as they claim it does on the infomercials....does anybody else have any information on this or know more about it..

p90x is a nothing new, its just packaged as something fresh and new... basically the concept has been talked about here and in fitness circles since the dawn of its existance. your muscles retain memory and if your working out the same routine time and time again, you will eventually hit a plateau. p90x is essentially a workout routine that changes things up after a week or so of training to help your body to continue to grow without plateau'ing. the other secret to p90x is your diet. every one of those people you see in those "success" stories are not telling you how hardcore their diet routine is..

IMO p90x isnt worth buying, all you need to do is create a workout routine that changes every month. the other part of the equation is to diet properly.
