injectors help and questions



i already have a m30 afm, i have a 1988 325 i replaced the head and motronics with a i head from the same year and #380 ecu if i was to add 19lbs injectors how much hp gains and also very important how much gas will be used gas is expensive now adays just wanted to get ppl info on it b4 i buy them

its not much of a difference if you dont drive it like a race car ALL the time, if you rev it no more than 4 grand it shouldent make much of a difference at all, but 19lbs injectors are to add more fule at hi rpm beacaus the shock one cant add enuf, so that means at hi rpm you will use more gas, if you want more power, its not free. but who cares when you have power i'm not to sure about power gains, maby someone else can answer that.

im interested also i installed my afm but when i start in the morning it seems like the car low idle then shuts off or when i get it running when i drive it sputters like it loses power but eventually it move then my check engine light comes on do i have to adjust the afm?

nope either u go to ur local dyno shop to have ur A/F tuned or get a wideband Sensor.
