Got my 528i on Monday!

Hey guys, I just got my 2000 BMW 528i on Monday, it's pretty nice. There's a few strange noises I can't figure out such as when I do a cold start, theres a slight squeaking noise from the rear. The noise lasts for less than a minute then goes away. Then there is a slight vibrating noise under the hood, but I'll take it to a mechanic for that. Anyways, here it is:

What kind of retard puts weights on the outside of the lip?

sweet ride...

if you ever figure out that squeak let me know cause i've got the same thing on my 2000 540i which I picked up a month ago.

it started out just when the car was cold but now it keeps on goin until the car has actually been driven and really warmed up for a while.

If the sound from the rear is like a very high-pitched buzz/tone, it's just the fuel pump working. VERY noticeable on your particular motor (M52TU).

Congrats on the new (to you) purchase.

I like the interior pic. It is not too often you see a nice pic with low light conditions. Are you into photography?
