Exclamation Continuous constant noise from speakers

This E90 323i speakers have constant noise coming,

- This speaker noise does not change with volume up or down from radio.
- Speaker noise starts right away when i put ignition key in and stays there irrespective of Engine on/off
- Noise goes off automatically 2-3minutes after I take ignition key out.

Please play check audio I recorded coming out from speakers. I put phone microphone right on the top of speaker.

Everything is stock on this car, Radio, speakers etc, Nothing is modded.

Thank you
