Enhanced Bluetooth

Although I have an F30 xdrive I thought this may be of use to others.

I coded the Enhanced bluetooth to allow streaming following the instructions sent by Stephan who produced the Bimmercode app and all went well, however it will not connect to the audio on my iPhone X.

It will connect to my iPad Pro without issue, so I assume the issue is with the Iphone.

Make sure audio and phone are wboth enabled for your iphone X in the car's Bluetooth settings as well as your phone's Bluetooth settings. Both must be checked on.

Unable to find a way of turning audio on on phone.

On iPad it worked straight away without changing any settings.

An update.

The head unit did a reset on it's own for some reason.

However I removed the phone from the bluetooth reconnected and now it works as it should.
