Thanks for this sticky thread, wish I joined the forum earlier. I have a service appointment at Maranello tomorrow. Hopefully the experience will be a good one

I will find the regional forum you directed me to and inquire there

If all else fails, I have buddies with Porsches and I'm sure they can find me a real good M5 guy.

Cheers and thank you again
I got a recommendation for
Tom Hutchinson Automotive Inc
190 Shearson Crescent, Cambridge, ON N1T 1J6

I just gave them a call for a price quote to replace my valve cover gasket... waiting for their callback..

New to forum. Just came back from Bimmmersport. Had a persistent increased emissions warning and limp mode problems. Diagnostics showed throttle actuator bank 2 failure. Had them replace both actuators. They replaced them in a day and left me with the still good one. Not cheap but my M3 performance is more responsive now and the gas mileage has significantly improved. They were busy and did only what came up in the diagnostic check. No extra inspections.

I'm new to M3 ownership. Learned a lot from Charlie. For performance issues they seem to know what they're doing and do a good job. For small problems, warranty and recall issues I'd go to a dealership.
