FS: $1000 1991 bmw 318i

Note*: This car has a code,(Car has a rough idle rpm surge from 300 to 900) it can be fixed, but I rather get rid of it. Gonna get a new car. I stopped driving it when this problem occurred. Other than that the car is good, no blown head gasket, leaky head gasket, or white smoke, or oil leaks/burn, no coolant loss, no coolant leaks. The car starts up everytime and can still drive through all gears, but should fix this vaccuum leak as soon as you can.

Description:
5 speed, cloth interior, HID headlights, M42 chain driven engine (no need to change timing), recently changed spark plugs, routinely change engine oil and filter every 5000kms, changed chain tensioner 16k ago, Front brakes and rotors done 16k ago, changed master clutch and slave cylinder 16k ago, battery is a year old, changed brake fluid 16k ago, changed alternator voltage regulator recently, changed fuel filter recently, changed air filter recently, changed transmission fluid 16k ago, changed front brakeline recently. It starts up runs, never raced and no major accidents. Comes with cd deck, power working windows. New fuel pump installed, new fuel pressure regulator installed, new fan resistor installed with receipts. Tires are 75 percent tread left, parking brake works, stored during winter, no rust on muffler.

The bad: fan works on level 3 and 4 only (needs to change fan switch), has one stone chip on windshield, no ac needs to fix (i have the part).

Lots of extra parts on hand: such as 2 bottles of bmw coolant, new oxygen sensor, a starter, a radiator, spare belts, two wiper motor and linkage, extra master clutch and slave cylinder. Had the car for 1 1/2 year. I am the 4th owner.

Text preferred to 647-861-5763. Located in Vaughan. Price is firm $1000. NO test runs only I test run for you, CASH only sale no paypal. Selling as is. Pictures seen here:

Yeah, hate to say it, but it seems kind of fishy that you won't let someone test drive an e30, especially one for $1000 with engine problems.

Not engine problems it's a vaccuum leak, plus there is no insurance on the car, suppose something happens like an accident, who will pay for it?

Wouldn't the driver be responsible for driving with no insurance, and have to pay for damages?
