help with part center over spring helper bracket

I broke one half of mine taking it out before I realized how to take it out properly. It is part 14 on http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...54&hg=35&fg=05

realoem and most others show the two parts being the same but they aren't. They are two pieces of plastic when put together form a cylinder. P/N 35301164381 is easy to get from the dealer, but I can't find the other P/N. Other cars such as the X5 show two different P/N but the dealer says it is special order.

Anyone else had this problem? I'd take a used one if available.
