Advice on Car purchase - 2009 535xi

Hi Guys,

I am looking at this car for my parents. The car is in excellent shape with all records from BMW. It also comes with a warranty until 160k from BMW. I know that the turbos on the 535 and 335 have had MAJOR and repeated issues from what I have read. But given the shape and warranty of this particular car. My questions are:

Is this car worth buying?
Do I need to worry about safety? ie. Car shutting off while on highway, etc?
HPFP issue re-occuring? I believe it had it was fixed once in 2010.

Overall opinion for a car my parents will drive?

Thanks in advance! all or any advice is appreciated.

Anyone???? This car looks awesome - I just hesitate because of the HPFP issues that have plagued the turbo models. Has it all been worked out.

Sometimes it can be an issue. Pump will cause injectors to fail (not cheap when you have to replace all 6), plus the pump...easy $2K job...
