I actually think that's a pretty cool conversion. Just cause it's a Honda engine doesn't mean it's crap. It's a hell lot better than having the BMW 4-banger under the engine bay.

Nice camera angles

True, and it would be fun burying that needle 6 feet under

It started as a 318... so a 9500 redline is an upgrade.

I love this car.

hahahah look how relaxed the driver is.
that cause he got no torque.
How could that be fun?

Now this motor in a 2002 (but then we got the S14 which produce more torque that that) is a different issue but in an e36 its a JOKE!.

M_powered i want a ride in the BACK of ur S6. Does it have curtains? if not can i drive?

I respect the effort and knowlege that was put into it... but there is many other engines I would prefer... like the LSx or even the 2JZ(Supra).

Well of course the V6 or V8 alternatives are much prefered, but in terms of putting in a 4-banger into an E36 chassis, the S2K engine conversion is quite unique.

Even though it lacks the 'torque' you can drive the car as a 'momemtum' car around the track. Why is it that the TSX's and RSX's can keep up with the BMW 3'series in the Speed World Challenge yet those VTEC engines lack torque???
