What cost of living difference? You're moving from one suburb to another, in the same province, both along the same highway. It's not freaking Saudi Arabia, it's Mississauga. There isn't some sort of milk shortage one hour down the 401 or diamond plated telephone lines into Toronto, costs are basically the same.

Exactly. The dwellings cost more, which is why I said to look at housing classifieds.

Parking is based on your property. This can be found in the housing listings. If it's parking at work you're concerned about, ask the employer.

Phones are the same, if not very similar.

Utility prices are also part of the housing agreement, especially since you're renting a smaller place.

Hey Rev - my buddy's got a place that he rents out as 3 apartments top, middle and bottom floor. Nice apartments in streetsville (Mississauga road and Eglinton area) nice part of town. He's got the biggest apartment coming up for rent in a couple of months. I don't know exactly how much it is, but I think it's in the $1200 range (I think!) If you are interested, PM Me... Oh one other thing - The other tenants as well as him OR I (since I help him take care of the place) will tolerate loud parties etc. It's a respectable part of town in a nice neighbourhood. Let's keep it that way... :-)
