its okay to use weapons on people that blow their guts out, brains out, arms off, torsos off, but the moment you put 2 rounds in to someone thats already half passed dead, youve just crossed the mother ****in lineeeeeeee

Interesting society we live indeed.

Kinda like that whole story where the chinese convienient store owner held a theif until police arived, and now has to go battle charges for holding someone against their rights.. Meanwhile, police can hold 300 citiznes in the rain and get away with it.

Love the mother ****ing hipocrissy.

and thats whats UN****ING BELIEVABLE about it.

You can sit there and site military law all day, fact is, its all bullshit.

On top of that.. you can call Canadas operations in Afghanistan peace keeping if you want, but as far as I know they were ACTIVELY seeking "insurgents" and TALIBAN for quite some time. Peace keeping would mean that Taliban and non taliban could co-exist, and if one side starts shooting THEN we intervene. Just like in Yugoslavia.

What's so wrong about being charged with breaking a law? The insurgent could have been taken into custody as a prisoner. These laws are there for a reason, so you can take prisoners for questioning, to get information. Also, so there are not more people being killed, whether they are people who blow them selves up or not. No one deserves to die, what is that going to solve? Nothing. Just more dead people. It's better that these people live, behind bars and have no freedom, and have the rest of their lives to sit and think about it.

What? You wouldn't call searching for insurgents peacekeeping? These insurgents are in Afghanistan to make profit from Opium, and to fight the Western countries. The Afghan government does not want these people in their country, doing what they do. The insurgents also steal and recruit kids to brainwash and fight for them. They are keeping Afghanistan from becoming something better than it is; with honest jobs.

If trying to help prevent a country from being in the state such as that, is not peacekeeping, then explain to me what is.
