The ones on eBay that say they are VIS are most likely VIS.

They are like ~450 + 150 shipping (USD) on eBay. I was able to sell mine for $300.

They really do not fit well at all. I even did alot of modification to the hood brackets etc, but still... Mine fit better then anyone elses, but still like crap.

that sucks man....i really like that look....But why would they make such a shitty hood and then actually send it into production and sell it? makes no sense to me

There is a long long long story behind why the hoods are warped. I'm not gonna go into it here.

I just spent my time deleting around 15 stupid posts in this thread, if only because a lot of useful information was shared here and could be discussed further. And who was the source of it? Jordan.

Hungaryboy, stop posting worthless crap. I will personally delete and/or close threads everytime you post foolishness, until the day you are banned. Stop instigating fights.

215/40R17 is aspect ratio correct. Speedo will be unaffected.

215/45R17 is oversize. (speedo error)

225/45R17 is WAY oversize. (lots of speedo error)

I'm willing to bet you don't have enough motor to need anything more then good 215's.

Your next real option is 235/35R17. This is pretty close to aspect correct as well.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, is this the same for all e30's?

It's true as it applies to all m20 powered e30's, 325iX excluded.
