computer/ explorer question

Hey guys,

For some reason when I am browsing through a flash site and I rollover the flash part, I get a dotted box around the flash table. I have to click on it first then I can use the tools inside. (links, buttons etc)

when I rollover the flash table the alt tag say.
(click to activate and use this control)

how can I disable this?
