Control arm replacement

Hello Everyone. a long time lurker finally joined.

have a feeling I will need to replace a front control arm on E46 330 (one of the front wheels feels like bouncing sometimes at high speed and then it goes away and running fine; all tires are balanced) . If I buy a front control arm online and bring the part to a shop, what is a reasonable, average labour cost I can expect the shop to charge?

Thank you.

Why not check the control arm for play first? You might only need the FCABs (rubber bushings). I DIY'd upgrading my to powerflex poly bushings
